How does the Astro Points loyalty program work?
Members earn 10 Astro Points for every $1 spent on qualifying purchases in-store and online.
Launch the app, and scan the QR code at the register to earn points in-store.
How do rewards work?
Every time a member reaches 500 Astro Points, they automatically receive a $5 reward valid for 90 days to use in-store or online.
Do points expire or rewards expire?
Points expire after 365 days. Welcome rewards expire 14 days after they are issued. $5 rewards expire 90 days after they are issued.
What do I get for signing up?
New or migrating members will receive a reward for $5 off a $10 purchase that expires in 14 days.
What do I do if I have an issue using the app?
