How do I find nutrition, ingredient, and allergen information for menu items?

You can find nutritional and allergen information at Laynes.com at the bottom of the “Our Food” page. 

How many sauces do you have?

We currently have 6 different sauce options. Layne’s Sauce, Honey Mustard, Jalapeño Ranch, Buttermilk Ranch, BBQ and Gravy.

Is Laynes Halal?

Yes, we currently are 100% halal and our chicken undergoes mechanical processing on halal-certified equipment.

What flavors of milkshakes do you have?

We serve 5 hand-spun shakes which include vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, Oreo, and salted caramel.

Do you have a kids menu?

Yes, we offer two kids meal options. A two tender kids chicken finger meal or a kids grilled cheese.

Do you offer spicy chicken?

Yes, we offer spicy chicken that can be substituted in any menu item. 

Can I get something else if I don’t want the fries or toast?

If you aren’t a fan of either the toast or fries you can substitute them for either more fries, toast or sauce. 

Do you have vegetarian options?

Our grilled cheese is the only vegetarian food item we currently offer. However, if you have an allergen we use shared cooking equipment and cannot guarantee that any menu item will be completely free of allergens.

What oil do you use for frying?

All of our chicken and fries are fried in canola oil. 

How do I place a catering order?

The best way to place a catering order is by calling the nearest Layne’s to you and placing an order over the phone. However, you can also order online through our website.

Do you have family style meals or party packs?

Yes, we offer a family pack along with 10, 25, and 50 Finger Party Packs.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and all card types.

Do you accept Apple Pay and Google pay?

Yes we accept both Apple Pay and Google Pay

App & Rewards

Do you have rewards?

Joining our rewards program is super easy! Just download our app and sign up for the rewards program to start earning points on every purchase. It’s our way of saying thank you for being a part of our community! 

Can I order online or through an app?

Yes, online and app ordering is typically available for any location open at least 3 months. To note: online ordering is currently powered by DoorDash and does not allow for the earning or redeeming of Astro Points. 

How do I redeem rewards?

To claim your rewards, simply go to our app and select the reward you’d like to use. Once you’ve claimed it, just apply it at checkout when you visit us at the location. Rewards cannot be redeemed on online orders. 

Do rewards and points expire?

Points don’t expire. Rewards do expire and you can find the expiration date of any reward you have redeemed to your account under “gifts”

To find the nearest Layne’s to you, go to “Locations” on our website and search for your location. 

Do you have merch?

Not currently but we hope to have a merch program in 2026.

Where can I find menu prices?

We don’t have listed prices because every locations prices vary.
